A heavyweight bout between Matt Mitrione and Rob Broughton, originally scheduled for this weekend's UFC on Fox 4 event, will now take place on Oct. 5 in Minneapolis at UFC on FX 5, according to a report from MMAJunkie.com.

Broughton had to remove himself from Saturday's event due to personal matters, and the UFC opted to keep Mitrione off the card as well, shifting them both a couple of months to this event in October.

Both fighters are out to bounce back from losses, with Broughton in more desperate need of a win. The 29-year-old English heavyweight won his UFC debut over Vinicius Queiroz in 2010, but has lost back to back fights since then.

Mitrione won his first five fights, with the entirety of his career taking place inside the UFC after his time on The Ultimate Fighter. However, he suffered his first career loss last October, dropping a decision to Cheick Kongo at UFC 137.

UFC on FX 5 marks the UFC's first return to Minneapolis since August of 2008, and will be headlined by a heavyweight bout between Travis Browne and Antonio "Bigfoot" Silva.
